The sun rose up only once today, not twice. Therefore, I only have to mind the things for today, how to live serenely, happily and serve Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA excellently - today.

The past is gone, I cannot do anything about that.

The future is not yet here and no one can be absolutely sure about tomorrow because life is as fleeting as the mist or vapor.

And besides, why should I worry about events that may not occur?

And if I keep my eyes focused upon Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA and always bear in mind that YÁOHU Ulhím is my Source and not my job nor the economy, then I will never fear, fret nor worry at all, because the economy may change, my employers may change, and everything else around me may change, but Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA remains enduring, the same 'otmól' (yes-erday), today and forever - He is my Eternal Provider and Benefactor.

And what can worrying do? Can worrying change people or events?

If so, how much worrying must a person do in order to change the economy or his employment condition?

If worrying does not contribute positively to anything at all, then it is futile and useless to engage in it.

Worrying and anxiety is mainly based upon doubt, unbelief and lack of faith.

You being a Yaohúshuahee (believer in Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA) must always be confident that all events work together for your benefit, that all that goes around you is needful for your character transformation.

It did not say that all events are pleasant, delightful and comfortable, but whatever happens, it always is a positive contribution to your being changed from glory to glory, until you are conformed to the image of Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA.

YÁOHU Ulhím is in the fruit-bearing business and His main concern is that you become more fruitful in every way.

And YÁOHU Ulhím's unique plan for you is noble and blessed.

'No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what YÁOHU Ulhím has prepared for those who love Him.'

Why worry therefore, when you can pray and believe YÁOHU Ulhím for the answers?

It is much better to trust, depend on and rely upon YÁOHU Ulhím than to engage in useless worrying.

'If YÁOHU Ulhím is for us, who can ever be against us? And since YÁOHU Ulhím did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won't YÁOHU Ulhím, Who gave us ha-MEHUSHKHÁY (the Messiah), also give us everything else?'

Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?

Absolutely not!

And if worry can't do little things like that, what's the use of worrying over bigger things?

Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, yet Shua-ólmoh in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.

And if YÁOHU UL cares so magnificently for flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, won't He more surely care for you? You have so little faith!

And don't worry about food - what to eat and drink. Don't worry whether YÁOHU UL will provide it for you.

These matters dominate the thoughts of most people, but your YÁOHU ABí (Father) already knows your needs.

He will give you all you need from day to day if you make the Kingdom of YÁOHU UL your primary concern.

Anecdote For Today - Toxic Anxiety....

As far as we know, plants and animals don't do it.

Worry is a human vice. And it comes in different forms.

Some kinds indicate diagnosable conditions, such as depression, or general anxiety. Others, such as shyness, are built in from birth, and some seem to have come from broken trust or loss of faith.

But worry is uniquely human. To create worry, humans elongate fear with anticipation and memory, expand it in imagination and fuel it with emotion.

The uniquely human mental process called worrying depends upon having a brain that can reason, remember, reflect, feel and imagine.

Only humans have a brain big enough to do this simultaneously, yet to their own ruin.

The cycle of worrying must be stopped, and once identified, should quickly be intervened and halted.

Worrying is a debilitating condition that's as old as the human brain. By releasing the deeply entrenched habit of negativity, a worrier can step out of the cycle, and be freed from phobia, to move ahead.

Worry results from a heightened sense of vulnerability in the presence of a diminished sense of power.

Worry should be recognized at its onset, quickly intervened and stopped before it becomes toxic (poisonous and debilitating).

Never worry, never fear.

If he or she is really the person that YÁOHU Ulhím has planned to be your lifetime marital partner, then it will happen, but if the person isn't, then it wont happen.

Watch out because feelings can be very deceitful and very changeable.

You must use the wisdom from YÁOHU Ulhím's Word to check on your feelings, and act only upon what the revealed perfect will of YÁOHU Ulhím is for you, and not based solely upon your emotions.

We are doers of the Word, and we do not act merely on feelings!

Emotions can lead you into relationships and then quickly desert you usually at the time you find out the enormous responsibilities that you have taken upon yourself.

So you cannot depend upon your feelings and emotions because they are so fickle and changeable.

You must first prove his or her commitment to YÁOHU Ulhím, to the Word, to you and to your relationship before you go ahead with the actual marriage.

Test, trials and provings through TIME will attest to his or her determination and reveal inner motives.

It is much better to wait and be sure that both of you do really love each other with a spiritual kind of love and not merely based upon sexual attraction and lust.

The spiritual kind of love is not a feeling but a commitment.

Commitment means that you will love him or her no matter what happens, as long as you both shall live, even if you feel like it or not, simply because you are committed to each other in the sight of YÁOHU Ulhím.

'This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and the two shall become one body.' - Genesis 2:24

And to live together without the benefit of a legal marriage is fornication and is unacceptable in YÁOHU Ulhím's sight.

Hear the Word of YÁOHU Ulhím and obey Him; follow His plan for your life and He will crown your efforts with success.

And help you build a foundation for generations of upright children and offsprings.

Now, about the young women who are not yet married. I do not have a command from ha-Molkhiúl (the King) for them.

But ha-Molkhiúl in His kindness has given me wisdom that can be relied upon, and I will share it with you.

Because of the pressures of life, I think it is best to remain just as you are.

If you have a wife, do not end the marriage.

If you do not have a wife, do not get married. But if you do get married, it is not a sin.

And if a young woman gets married, it is not a sin.

However, I am trying to spare you the added problems that come with marriage.

Now let me say this, my loved brethren: The time that remains is very short, so husbands should not let marriage be their major concern.

Happiness or sorrow or wealth should not keep anyone from doing YÁOHU UL's work.

Those in frequent contact with the things of the world should make productive use of them without becoming attached to them, for this world and all it contains will pass away.

In everything you do, I want you to be free from the concerns of this life. An unmarried man can spend his time doing ha-Molkhiúl's work and thinking how to please Him.

But a married man can't do that so well. He needs to be concerned about his earthly responsibilities and how to please his wife. His interests are divided.

In the same way, a woman who is no longer married or has never been married can be more devoted to ha-Molkhiúl in body and in spirit, while the married woman must be concerned about her earthly responsibilities and how to please her husband.

I am saying this for your benefit, not to put prohibitions on you.

I want you to do whatever will help you serve ha-Molkhiúl best, with as few hindrances as possible.

But if a man thinks he ought to marry his fiancée because he has trouble controlling his passions and time is passing, it is all right; it is not a sin. Let them marry.

But if he has concluded firmly not to marry and there is no urgency and he can control his passion, he does well not to marry.

So the person who marries does well, and the person who doesn't marry does even better.

A wife is married to her husband as long as he lives.

If her husband dies, she is free to marry whomever she wishes, but this must be a marriage acceptable to ha-Molkhiúl.

But in my opinion it will be better for her if she doesn't marry again, and I think I am giving you counsel from the 'RÚKHA-YÁOHU' (Sanctified Spirit of YÁOHU UL) when I say this.

Those who resist persons in authority are actually rebelling against YÁOHU Ulhím Who put them there, because there is no governing authority which exists that was not authorized by YÁOHU Ulhím.

YÁOHU Ulhím does not bless and prosper rebels, and all those who resist His perfect will and who refuse to be subject unto higher authorities are inviting His ire.

Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, although being the unique Son of YÁOHU UL, yet He learned obedience and became subject unto the higher authority of YÁOHU ABí (the Father) to give us an example of how to be submissive to the perfect will of YÁOHU ABí at all times.

Authorities were put in place by YÁOHU Ulhím to maintain peace and order in the family, on the job, in the community and in our society.

Where there are no persons in authority or in places where those in authority are not obeyed, the dire consequences one can find are chaos, disorder, lawlessness and confusion.

And we know that ha-satán is the author of confusion.

YÁOHU Ulhím wants you to always be obedient and submissive to all those who are in authority, whether it be in the Oholyáo (Congregation), or in the government or on the job.

And not only are we supposed to obey all persons in authority but also all symbols and devices used by them for our safety, and our well being as well as to ensure peace and order everywhere.

Traffic signs and traffic lights, yellow and white road markings, road lanes, parking and no parking signs, no entry, no exit, fire exit signs, numbered cues, no littering, no smoking signs and so on, these are examples of the different ways by which those in authority express their rules for maintaining order.

They are commands in signs and symbols for everyone to obey, and are given for the benefit and safety of all.

And YÁOHU Ulhím wants you to obey them, because peace and order are among the highlights of His Kingdom, and He is the YÁOHU Ulhím of decency, orderliness and cleanliness.

Those in authority are actually agents and representatives of YÁOHU Ulhím to preserve and maintain law and order in society and everywhere else.

That's why it is inscribed in the Holy Scriptures that those who resist persons in authority are actually rebelling against YÁOHU Ulhím Who appointed them there.

Lawlessness breeds sin. And all those who hate law and order are opting for crime and every other kind of evil and wickedness.

As we have mentioned in our earlier lessons, YÁOHU Ulhím uses people around you as His refining tools to mold the YAOHÚSHUA character traits in you, and here are included those persons who serve as your authorities.

Consequently therefore, you never must expect your authorities to always treat you in pleasant, delightful ways because the transformation process in your character development involves frank rebukes, reprimands and corrections at many times.

Corrections and discipline are the way to life, you should clearly know this.

Who told you that you should always be treated nicely, gladly and delightfully by your authorities?

Our authorities will deal with us in ways that will help develop virtue and character in us, that we might be conformed to the image of Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA - full of patience, peace, longsuffering, humility and faithfulness.

And YÁOHU Ulhím is not finished making us yet.

He will finish the brilliant work that He has begun in us, as we are changed and transformed from glory to glory by His 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit) Who works in all and is in control of what transpires in our daily lives.

And YÁOHU Ulhím has appointed our persons in authority for the purpose of protecting, disciplining and governing us.

We all submit under our authorities not because they are perfect or blameless, but we do it for the sake of Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA; we submit like unto Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, we do it for Him.

Therefore no one has any more 'excuse waiting to happen' left in refusing to obey those in authority.

Do not reject YÁOHU Ulhím's unique plan for your life.

Obey your authorities and seek their counsel that you might live peaceful, abundant, safe, quiet and prosperous lives!

When you do this, ha-satán cannot control your daily life!

'Obey the government, for YÁOHU UL is the One Who has put it there.

There is no government anywhere that YÁOHU UL has not appointed in power.

Therefore those who refuse to obey the laws of the land are refusing to obey YÁOHU UL, and punishment will surely follow.

For the police officer does not frighten people who are doing right; but those doing wrong will always fear him.

So if you don't want to be afraid, keep the laws and you will get along well.

The police officer is sent by YÁOHU UL to help you.

But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for he will have you punished.

He is sent by YÁOHU UL for that very purpose.

Obey therefore the laws, for two reasons: first, to keep from being punished, and second, just because you know you should.

Pay your taxes too, for these same two reasons. Because government employees need to be paid so they can continue doing YÁOHU UL's work, serving you.

Pay everyone whatever you owe him; pay your taxes and import duties gladly; obey those over you, and give honor and respect to all those to whom it is due.'

Perhaps it would serve everyone best to always keep in mind that government employees are actually servants of the Most High YÁOHU Ulhím, doing His work, enforcing His laws and implementing His plans.

In view of this, one should treat government employees with due respect and honor, regardless of their rank or job classification, but for the simple reason that they are doing the work of YÁOHU Ulhím here on earth.

In other words, government official business is also YÁOHU Ulhím's official business!

Those who resist persons in authority are actually rebelling against YÁOHU Ulhím Who put them there, because there is no governing authority which exists that was not authorized by YÁOHU Ulhím.

Our parents, husbands in the family, our employers, government authorities and Oholyáo (Congregation) elders, are common examples of persons in authority under whom we should always obey and submit ourselves.

They are the primary human tools or devices being used by YÁOHU Ulhím in forming the right character traits in us.

It is part of their solemn duties to train and discipline us, in order that we should develop and acquire noble, exemplary character traits.

And the Holy Scriptures clearly declare that 'no discipline is pleasant, it is painful' at the time that it is being given.

But afterward there will be a quiet harvest of right living for those who are trained by it.

So it is unscriptural to expect delight, comfort and enjoyment all the time from our authorities. It may have the appearance of being softy-softy religious but it sure is unscriptural.

The root word of the term 'disciple' is the same as the root word for the term 'discipline' - you must realize that.

Our hearts need to be circumcised, and our self-will must be broken, to bend to YÁOHU Ulhím's perfect will.

These are not enjoyable experiences in the believers life.

But they are prerequisites in inheriting His Kingdom!

And as we have learned, we obey our authorities regardless of their own personality traits or defects.

No authority is perfect. Only YÁOHU Ulhím is perfect.

To expect perfection from our parents, bosses, elders and government leaders again seems very religious, but unscriptural.

See how religiosity has corrupted the attitudes of many.

Because he knows that no one is perfect!

There is no perfect government leader, no perfect boss, no perfect husband, no perfect wife, no perfect family, no perfect parents, no perfect elder, and no perfect office and employment, and no perfect congregation either.

See how imperfect the early congregations were in the books of 1 and 2 Corinthians and in the other epistles of the emissary Shaúl.

When someone expects perfection in a person or group and finds a single defect or blame, then he tends to quickly reject that person or aggrupation.

And they will likewise reject him in return because they too find much more defects and faults in him.

And so the chain reaction spreads like wildfire.

Expecting perfection, finding fault, then followed by immediate rejection, judgment and condemnation.

And because one treats others this unjust way, likewise, they in turn will treat him same way, because he too has faults and defects.

See how the doctrine of perfection in ordinary humans lead to faultfinding, rejection, judgment and condemnation.

When the Holy Scriptures say that we should be perfect, it does not actually mean to be absolutely without defect or fault, but it refers to the believer's being mature and complete in the fruit bearing, not perfect sinlessness nor without any fault at all.

Again, only YÁOHU Ulhím is perfect.

And that does not include you nor any of our authorities.

So you never must expect perfection from your authorities.

You obey and respect your authorities regardless of their defects.

Do not judge, do not condemn, and you will not be condemned in return.

To have a normal appetite is okay. To eat a balanced hearty meal at the proper time is healthy. But excessive eating and drinking is harmful to your body. And gluttony is one of the known seven deadly sins, i.e., sins that are fatal to your spiritual growth.

You must realize that people need to eat in order to survive and live. People do not live just so they can eat.

Eating is necessary for the body to have enough nutrients and energy to use in serving our Eternal Creator YÁOHU Ulhím.

We live to glorify and serve Him. That's our main reason for being.

And not to merely to eat our days away through binging and pigging out.

Do not eat like a pig and you won't look like one.

If you exceed your ideal weight by 20 pounds, you are classified as obese in medical and insurance circles nowadays.

And the road to heaven is narrow. No greedy person allowed.

Obesity or being overweight is a visible sign of overindulgence or excessive, abusive and greedy manner of eating.

You can identify obese individuals easily because they always carry a spare tire around their waists as they huffingly pass by, gasping for breath as they sweat, as if going swimming with some rubber flotation devices around their midsections.

Of course, we love the person regardless of their outside physical appearance but the proverb says: open rebuke is better than hidden love.

If you truly love the person, you will tell him the truth that will set him or her free from greed and gluttony.

And you will rarely see an obese person reaching the age ranges of 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's or even 100's for that matter.

But why do obese persons die prematurely?

And to engage in physical activities that reinvigorate and stimulate the human body, keeping it fit and healthy.

Now is the time to get rid of your favorite 'excuses waiting to happen' on why you are obese, if you are overweight.

Who told you that you have to become overweight as you grow older?

Safety doesn't mean the absence of danger but the presence of YÁOHU UL in us and with us.

The archaic Hebrew word translated into English as 'fear' in the Holy Scriptures comes from the root word meaning 'flight' or 'escape' or 'draw back' or 'retreat' - to run away defeated.

The word FEAR may be taken as the acronym for the phrase - FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL (F E A R).

The reverential fear or awe of YÁOHU Ulhím is much different from the evil kind of fear instigated by evil spirits.

The purpose of the evil spirits of fear is to push you back, to hinder your progress, to stop your moving forward and advancement in life.

These evil spirits of fear attack primarily through one's feelings and emotions.

The visible symptoms of fear are: goosebumps, nausea, trembling, paleness, inability to speak, temporary paralysis and the like.

What will actually transpire is based mainly upon whose plan we give our implied approval to.

Fear is the exact opposite of faith.

To have faith in YÁOHU Ulhím's Word is to believe in His plan for our lives.

On the other hand, to fear is to believe in ha-satán's plan for our lives.

Fear is believing in what is negative; fear is defeat in action, disguised behind 'excuses waiting to happen' or other flimsy alibis.

Faith is believing in what is positive; faith is victory in action!

YÁOHU Ulhím has in many occasions spoken in His Word that we never must fear in any event, in every predicament.

'Fear not, fear not, fear not, fear not....' is what is often repeated by YÁOHU Ulhím to us in His Word.

It doesn't mean that we will never feel the symptoms of fear but what it actually means is that we never should retreat, never draw back, never hide, never run in defeat and never, never surrender to the enemy nor bow down to him in trembling.

We only should reverentially fear YÁOHU Ulhím, and no one else.

In the same way that our faith elicits YÁOHU Ulhím favors and blessings in our lives, fear also elicits and gives approval to the curses and wickedness of ha-satán in anyone's life.

Just as faith is the container for YÁOHU Ulhím's gifts and provisions for our lives, likewise fear is the container for ha-satán's mishaps, accidents, tragedies and miseries.

Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA emphatically declared: 'According to your faith, be it done unto you,' or 'let it happen unto you.'

On the other hand, Yaoháv (Job) said: 'What I terribly feared has happened to me.'

What is the scriptural principle behind these two passages?

Simply this: That what you fear in your life is what will happen to you, to the degree that you allow fear to torment you, i.e., by how much you bow down to the evil spirits of fear.

Since fear is the negative kind of 'faith' - to allow it to lead your mind and emotions will therefore elicit the wicked plans of ha-satán in your life.

YÁOHU Ulhím wants you to always have faith in what He promised you in His Word, and to continually meditate upon His kindness, mercy, help, blessings and eternal favors.

You know that what you regularly meditate and ponder upon actually becomes part of yourself and happens to you.

That's why when fear attacks with fearful, tragic and horrifying thoughts, you must quickly reject them and never allow them to linger in your mind, never allow them to circulate in your thought life, in continual replay and re-live modes.

Immediately replace them with scriptural thoughts, faithful words and encouraging passages from the mouth of YÁOHU Ulhím, especially those brought to your remembrance by the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit) to serve as your shield.

Have faith in YÁOHU Ulhím and His promises of safety, protection and provisions for you. Believe that YÁOHU Ulhím deeply loves you and will always allow and give what is best for you.

Perfect love casts out fear. When you fully realize that YÁOHU Ulhím really, truly and deeply loves you, then fear can't have a foothold on you, it can't work against you because YÁOHU Ulhím's perfect love casts it out from you.

Your faith, confidence, dependence and trust upon YÁOHU Ulhím overpowers all kinds of fear.

In fact, it's the most effective antidote against fear: to trust YÁOHU Ulhím completely in everything!

And never, never fear anything else because what you terribly fear will happen to you, and you don't want any bad thing to happen in your life, do you?

So never fear, only believe and trust YÁOHU Ulhím.

For we were not given a spirit of fear and timidity (excessive shyness and fearfulness), but of power, of love and of a sound mind!

And we do not love our lives even unto death.

As the popular saying goes: 'The only thing to fear is fear itself.'

Excessive shyness, timidity and fear of being rejected, declined or being refused admission reflects lack of trust upon the kind favors and loving faithfulness of YÁOHU Ulhím.

It is inscribed in the Holy Word:

'Do not fear anything except YÁOHU Ulhím Tzavulyáo. He alone is the Holy One. If you reverentially fear Him, you need fear nothing else.' - Yaoshua-YÁOHU (Isaiah) 8:13

And besides, why will you entertain fear in your mind and emotions when it cannot ward off evil one bit?

Assuming, without admitting, that fear can ward off evil from a person's life, how much fear does one need to feel and tremble under to prevent curses, mishaps and other evil?

And if fear cannot prevent evil (when in fact it invites them!) why allow it in your mind and emotions at all?

Always keep in mind, therefore, that 'According to your faith let it happen unto you.'

And whatever one terribly fears about will eventually happen to him.

You must firmly believe in YÁOHU Ulhím's love, power and protection to permeate your life in all respect, and not in the evil plots of the enemy.

'YÁOHU Ulhím is my Shepherd, I shall not be in want.... and I will fear no evil.'

This means 'I will not think nor be fearful of evil.'

On the contrary, YÁOHU Ulhím's kind love, mercy, blessings, favors and everpresent help shall pursue me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of YÁOHU Ulhím forever!

This is what the Word clearly says to you.

This is what you must always believe in.

'YÁOHU Ulhím will continue showering me with His favors, love, kindness, peace, mercy, blessings and favors today and everyday!' should be your positive affirmation all the time.

Though the enemy may try to whisper his evil forebodings, yet you will cling on to YÁOHU Ulhím's promises in His Word and never believe, neither agree with ha-satán's subtle lies.

'Something wrong will happen to you, or to your children and loved ones today,' is the common evil foreboding whispered by the evil spirits of fear.

Never believe that lie, never agree with that recommendation.

You see, whatever you agree with is what will transpire in your life for it would be the plan you would be giving your implied permission to.

Whatever two of you agree upon here on earth will be done.

When you agree with what YÁOHU Ulhím declared, then YÁOHU Ulhím's promises would be manifest, made reality and actually come into full fruition in your life.

When another agrees with the evil forebodings from the evil spirits of fear, then ha-satán's plan will come into reality in his life.

So be careful with whom you agree with, even in your thoughts, and especially with your mouth.

Faith or fear, you have to decide between the two.

YÁOHU Ulhím said to Gideon, 'You have too many warriors with you. If I let all of you fight the Midianites, the Yaoshorulítes will boast to Me that they saved themselves by their own power.

Therefore, tell the people, 'Whoever is timid or afraid may leave and go home.'

Twenty-two thousand of them went home, leaving only ten thousand who were willing to fight.

But YÁOHU Ulhím told Gideon, 'There are still too many! Bring them down to the spring, and I will sort out who will go with you and who will not.'

When Gideon took his warriors down to the water, YÁOHU Ulhím told him, 'Divide the men into two groups.

In one group put all those who cup water in their hands and lap it up with their tongues like dogs.

In the other group put all those who kneel down and drink with their mouths in the water.'

Only three hundred of the men drank from their hands.

All the others went down on their knees and drank with their mouths in the water.

YÁOHU Ulhím told Gideon, 'With these three hundred men I will rescue you and give you victory over the Midianites. Send home all the others.'

So Gideon collected the provisions and rams' horns of the other warriors and sent them home. But he kept the three hundred men with him.

Now the Midianite camp was in the valley just below Gideon.

During the night, YÁOHU Ulhím said, 'Get up! Go down into the Midianite camp, for I have given you victory over them!

But if you are afraid to attack, go down to the camp with your servant Purah.

Hearken to what the Midianites are saying, and you will be greatly encouraged. Then you will be eager to attack.'

So Gideon took Purah and went down to the outposts of the enemy camp.

The armies of Midian, Amalek, and the people of the east had camped in the valley like a swarm of locusts. Their camels were like grains of sand upon the shore - too many to count!

Gideon crept up just as a man was telling his friend about a dream. The man said, 'I had this dream, and in my dream a loaf of barley bread came tumbling down into the Midianite camp. It hit a tent, turned it over, and knocked it flat!'

His friend said, 'Your dream can mean only one thing - YÁOHU Ulhím has given Gideon son of Yaohúsh, the Yaoshorulíte, victory over all the armies united with Midian!'

People of this world (the unbelievers) are experts in this scriptural principle yet they apply it negatively, to their own loss, defeat and ruin.

A common example would be the announcement of the breaking news that the flu epidemic is on the spread again.

Then people will be calling in the 'flu' into their own lives by their mouth confession, and by their terribly fearing its onslaught.

As we have learned earlier, what one fears badly is what happens in his or her life.

So everyone begins talking about (calling in) the flu in their families and lives.

'I'm afraid I'm going to get the flu,' or 'I think you are going to catch the flu,' become common expressions all around.

Though it is not yet, most people begin calling them as though they were already present.

And no wonder they eventually get the disease.

So here you can see the scriptural principle at work, though in a negative way.

Same way when breaking news announce the impending layoffs, anthrax, terror attacks and other negative matters and events, followed by people calling them into their lives and surroundings, as if they were already present.

A most recent example was when most people were calling in 'Osama' into their lives by often using the expression 'awesome' this and 'awesome' that, and what do you know, 'awesome-ah' came with his sting!

Because the literal meaning of the word 'awesome' in the spirit world is 'power of the poisonous sting.'

So be careful what you say because you will eat your own words, whether you realize it or not. Life and death are in the power of your tongue.

'My people are ruined for lack of knowledge,' as it is inscribed.

That's why be careful of using common expressions in the world because ha-satán promotes them among his followers for his secret, hidden wicked purposes.

You can cite some other common expressions proliferating around and find out what their real meanings are.

So now, because you have been given light from YÁOHU Ulhím and you know this scriptural principle, you must begin applying it positively into your life, your family, your job, your health, your finances and everything else that concerns you.

Right in the midst of whatever is unpleasant or facing impending bad events, you must begin calling POSITIVE things into occurring to you and in your life.

When symptoms of diseases attack, don't accept it by confessing and admitting them into your person. Drive them away at their very onset!

Don't say, 'I feel sick' but with faith you declare, 'By the wounds of Ro-efúl YAOHÚSHUA I was healed and I am always healed!'

When spirits of lack and poverty attack, don't say, 'I'm afraid or I have a feeling that I will be laid off from this company,' but with faith you declare, 'I will not be afraid of being laid off, and I believe my YÁOHU Abi always provides, and Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA came to give me life and life more enriched!'

And regularly, vocally affirm that, 'Surely, tavulyáo (fineness), rukhamúl (mercy) and ohaviúl (unfailing love) pursue me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of YÁOHU Ulhím forever!'

So now you know how it is applied in practice.

Do not let 'bad news' take authority over you, your life, your job, family, finances or your health.

'Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with what is 'tav' (fine).' - Romans 12:21

So you overpower all kinds of bad news with the 'tav' (fine) words of the Glorious Message, that which is inscribed, the Word.

When breaking news announce this or that unpleasant event or thing is forthcoming, quickly drive it away, don't accept it in your life and loudly confess with your mouth whatever positive and favorable words YÁOHU Ulhím has promised you in that regard.

You call in those positive and beneficial matters and events into your life based upon the will of YÁOHU Ulhím for you in His Word and mix them with faith. You have to release your faith doing so.

And you will actually experience this scriptural principle favorably at work in your life!

And this is regardless of what the opinion of others are, what the breaking news announce, or in what condition the economy is right now, how you feel or whatever else is to the contrary.

The Word works. You base all this upon the inscribed Words of YÁOHU Ulhím.

'Heaven and earth will pass away but My Words will remain forever true and effectual,' Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA declared.

'Whatever you do not give permission on earth is not given permission in heaven.'

'According to your faith, let it happen to you.'

So even right in the middle of an economic recession and massive layoffs around, you will declare, 'I am receiving several job offers daily with salary levels very much higher than I have received before! My YÁOHU Ulhím is giving me high-paying jobs right and left and I just have to select the one that gives me most benefits!'

Don't say, 'I'm afraid I won't find any job available this time, because the economy is in deep recession,' or 'You know, I'm jobless. I barely survive on welfare.'

Don't call the things that actually exists so they won't remain permanent in your life!

Call in the things you want to happen in your life and believe in the willingness and ability of YÁOHU Ulhím right in the midst of what is unpleasant!

And see how YÁOHU Ulhím works magnificently daily!

Don't try it. Do it!

Keep on applying this scriptural principle in all areas of your life and never quit.

Keep on doing it. And after you have done it, do it some more, and do it some more, and do it some more, and do it some more, until you get what you have claimed and called for.

Anecdote For Today - Well, They Only Reported What They Saw....

YÁOHU Ulhím now said to Mehushúa, 'Send men to explore the land of Canoám, the land I am giving to Yaoshorúl. Dispatch one leader from each of the twelve tribes.'

So Mehushúa did as YÁOHU Ulhím commanded him. He sent out twelve men, all tribal leaders of Yaoshorúl, from their camp in the wilderness of Paran.

Mehushúa gave the men these directives as he sent them out to explore the land: 'Go northward through the Negev into the hill country.

See what the land is like and find out whether the people living there are tough or weak, few or many.

What kind of land do they live in? Is it fine or not? Do their towns have walls or are they unprotected?

How is the soil? Is it fertile or poor? Are there many trees?

Enter the land boldly, and bring back samples of the crops you see.'

(It happened to be the time for reaping the first ripe grapes.)

When they came to what is now known as the valley of Eshcol, they cut down a bunch of grapes so large that it took two of them to carry it on a pole between them!

They also took samples of the pomegranates and figs.

After exploring the land for forty days, the men returned to Mehushúa, Aharón, and the people of Yaoshorúl at Kadesh in the wilderness of Paran.

They reported to the whole community what they had seen and showed them the fruit they had taken from the land.

This was their report to Mehushúa: 'We arrived in the land you sent us to see, and it is indeed a magnificent country - a land flowing with milk and honey. Here is some of its fruit as proof.

But the people living there are powerful, and their cities and towns are fortified and very large. We also saw the offsprings of Anak who are living there!

The Amalekites live in the Negev, and the Hittites, Yebusites and Amorites live in the hill country. The Canoamites live along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and along the valley of Yardayán.'

But Caleb tried to encourage the people as they arose before Mehushúa. 'Let's go at once to take the land,' he said. 'We can surely conquer it!'

But the other men who had explored the land with him answered, 'We can't go up against them! They are tougher than we are!'

So they spread discouraging reports about the land among the Yaoshorulítes: 'The land we explored will swallow up any who go to live there. All the people we saw were huge. We even saw giants there, the offsprings of Anak. We felt like grasshoppers next to them, and that's what we looked like to them!'

Then all the people began weeping aloud, and they cried all night.

Their voices rose in a litany of complaint against Mehushúa and Aharón. 'We wish we had died in Egypt, or even here in the wilderness!' they wailed.

'Why is YÁOHU Ulhím taking us to this country only to have us die in battle? Our wives and little ones will be carried off as slaves! Let's get out of here and return to Egypt!'

Then they plotted among themselves, 'Let's elect a leader and go back to Egypt!'

Then Mehushúa and Aharón fell face upon the ground before the people of Yaoshorúl.

Two of the men who had explored the land, Yaohúshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Yaphuneh, tore their clothing.

They said to the community of Yaoshorúl, 'The land we explored is a magnificent land! And if YÁOHU Ulhím is pleased with us, He will bring us safely into that land and give it to us. It is a rich land flowing with milk and honey, and He will give it to us!

Do not rebel against YÁOHU Ulhím, and don't be afraid of the people of the land. They are only helpless prey to us! They have no protection, but YÁOHU Ulhím is with us! Don't be afraid of them!'

But the whole community began to talk about throwing rocks at Yaohúshua and Caleb. Then the glorious presence of YÁOHU Ulhím appeared to all the Yaoshorulítes from above the Tabernacle.

And YÁOHU Ulhím said to Mehushúa, 'How long will these people reject Me? Will they never believe Me, even after all the miraculous signs I have done among them?

I will disown them and slay them with a plague. Then I will make you into a nation far greater and mightier than they are!'

'But what will the Egyptians think when they hear about it?' Mehushúa pleaded with YÁOHU Ulhím. 'They know full well the power you displayed in rescuing these people from Egypt.

They will tell this to the inhabitants of this land, who are well aware that You are with this people.

They know, YÁOHU Ulhím, that You have appeared in full view of Your people in the pillar of cloud that hovers over them.

They know that You go before them in the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night.

Now if You slaughter all these people, the nations that have heard of Your fame will say, 'YÁOHU Ulhím was not able to bring them into the land He swore to give them, so He killed them in the wilderness.'

Please, YÁOHU Ulhím, prove that Your power is as great as You have claimed it to be. For You said, 'YÁOHU Ulhím is slow to anger and rich in unfailing love, forgiving every kind of sin and rebellion. Even so He does not leave sin unpunished, but He punishes the children for the sins of their parents to the third and fourth generations.'

Please pardon the sins of this people because of Your magnificent, unfailing love, just as You have forgiven them ever since they left Egypt.'

Then YÁOHU Ulhím said, 'I will pardon them as you have prayed. But as surely as I live, and as surely as the earth is filled with YÁOHU Ulhím's glory, not one of these people will ever enter that land.

They have seen My glorious presence and the miraculous signs I performed both in Egypt and in the wilderness, but again and again they tried Me by refusing to hearken.

They will never even see the land I swore to give their forefathers. None of those who have treated Me with contempt will enter it.

But my servant Caleb is different from the others. He has remained loyal to me, and I will bring him into the land he explored. His offsprings will receive their full share of that land.

Now turn around and don't go on toward the land where the Amalekites and Canoamites live. Tomorrow you must set out for the wilderness in the direction of the Red Sea.'

Then YÁOHU Ulhím said to Mehushúa and Aharón, 'How long will this wicked nation complain about Me? I have heard everything the Yaoshorulítes have been saying.

Now tell them this: 'As surely as I live, I will do to you the very things I heard you say. I, YÁOHU Ulhím, have spoken!

You will all die here in this wilderness! Because you complained against Me, none of you who are twenty years old or older and were counted in the numbering will enter the land I swore to give you.

The only exceptions will be Caleb son of Yaphuneh and Yaohúshua son of Nun.

You said your children would be taken captive. Well, I will bring them safely into the land, and they will benefit from what you have despised.

But as for you, your dead bodies will fall in this wilderness.

And your children will be like shepherds, wandering in the wilderness forty years. In this way, they will pay for your faithlessness, until the last of you lies dead in the wilderness.

Because the men who explored the land were there for forty days, you have to wander in the wilderness for forty years - a year for each day, suffering the consequences of your sins.

You will discover what it is like to have Me for an enemy.

I, YÁOHU Ulhím, have spoken! I will do these very things to every member of the community who has conspired against Me. They will all die here in this wilderness!'

Then the ten scouts who had instigated the rebellion against YÁOHU Ulhím by spreading discouraging reports about the land were hit dead with a plague before YÁOHU Ulhím.

Of the twelve who had explored the land, only Yaohúshua and Caleb remained alive.

Safety doesn't mean the absence of danger but the presence of YÁOHU UL in us and with us.

Another way of how to avoid bowing down to what the evil spirits of fear demand is by doing the opposite of what they command.

Fear of poverty will command that you become greedy, stop being generous and quit giving.

When you obey that command, then it is equivalent to bowing down to that evil spirit of fear of poverty.

The objective of the spirit of fear is to stop your progress, to paralyze you and hinder your obeying YÁOHU Ulhím and His clear commands.

Some are afraid of what others will say if they do this or that as required by YÁOHU Ulhím's Word.

And many are afraid of being rejected or are afraid that they are not acceptable. Some are afraid of the past, some of the future.

One may be very bold in evangelizing but is very afraid to lose her loved ones, or afraid that time might pass her by and never get married.

And because of this fear of not getting married now, she begins to control and manipulate others to seduce guys into quick marriage.

Controlling and manipulating others is witchcraft.

'But the fearful who turn away from Me, and unbelievers, and the corrupt, and murderers, and the immoral, and those who practice WITCHCRAFT, and idol worshipers, and all liars - their doom is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. This is the second death.'

You must examine yourself and let the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit of YÁOHU Ulhím) point out to you and help you remove fear in all areas of your life, wherever it may be.

Some are afraid of elevators, escalators and other hi-tech gadgets.

Are you afraid of animals? Failures? Pain or suffering?

Are you afraid of some types of people?

Are you afraid of responsibility and big tasks?

Or are you afraid of death like most people are?

'Because YÁOHU UL's children are human beings - made of flesh and blood - YAOHÚSHUA also became flesh and blood by being born in human form.

For only as a human being could He die, and only by dying could He break the power of ha-satán, who previously had the power of death.

Only in this way could He deliver those who have lived all their lives as slaves to the fear of dying!'

Now Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA has that key.

'I am the living One Who died. Look, I am alive forever and ever! And I now hold the keys of death and the grave.' - Kanódgaluth (Revelation) 1:18, Holy Scriptures

'So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with ha-Molkhiúl.

That is why we live by believing and not by seeing.

Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these bodies, for then we will be at home with ha-Molkhiúl.

So our aim is to please Him always, whether we are here in this body or away from this body.

For we must all arise before ha-MEHUSHKHÁY (the Messiah) to be judged.

We will each receive whatever we deserve for the noble or evil deeds we have done while in our bodies.'

To be absent from this physical body is to be present with our Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA! Nothing to fear about that.

It is in fact better for me, like what emissary Shaúl said.

Keep on praying to YÁOHU Ulhím therefore to deliver and protect you from all kinds of fear.

Resist fear at its onset, plus you use the Words of YÁOHU Ulhím to subjugate it and drive it away.

You cannot prevent the enemy from offering fearful thoughts into your mind but you don't have to accept or receive any of them for yourself.

You don't have to take every opportunity he offers for you to be afraid and retreat.

And always keep in mind that ha-satán is a liar, which means that what he whispers is opposite of what is really true!

So do the opposite of what he tries to frighten you with.

You are smarter than the enemy. You have the mind of Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, the Messiah.

Do not be like others who profess themselves as believers of the written Word and yet their minds and hearts are filled with fears, filled with lies from ha-satán.

Believers do believe the Word, not the fearful lies of the enemy.

We are believers, not fearful unbelievers!

You can usually overcome fear of new things and gadgets by confronting them and familiarizing yourself with them little by little until you get used to them, as normal people would.

This is one way of overcoming phobias or unwarranted fears, such as fear of elevators, escalators and other high-tech gadgets.

But you don't remove fear of swimming by jumping right into the pool. That would be stupid.

Remember that Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA is always with you to help you, protect you and provide for you, without fail.

This is the determining factor that guarantees your safety.

Faith in YÁOHU Ulhím activates His best plan for your life and makes His rich blessings flow into your life.

Fear, on the other hand, activates ha-satán's plan for your life and makes his curses have room in one's life.

As long as you don't welcome nor entertain fear in your mind and heart, ha-satán cannot do his will in your life.

So you must quickly stop fear at its onset; immediately replace it with positive, beneficial thoughts, and begin to vocally confess YÁOHU Ulhím's positive promises to you in that regard.

Think on how you can expand the Kingdom of YÁOHU Ulhím in place of fear, and how to be a blessing and how you can help others.

And keep in mind that without FAITH, it is impossible to please YÁOHU Ulhím. And faith without works is dead.

Your faith must be working itself through love for YÁOHU Ulhím and others.

So keep your mind and heart full of faith in YÁOHU Ulhím, and you will avoid all kinds of fear and its accompanying torments.

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot enslave and torture you with his fears!

Anecdote For Today - Fear Of His Subordinates....

One day Samu-Ul said to Shaúl, 'I anointed you king of Yaoshorúl because YÁOHU Ulhím told me to. Now hearken carefully to this message from YÁOHU Ulhím!

This is what YÁOHU UL Tzavulyáo says: 'I have determined to finalize accounts with the nation of Amalek for opposing Yaoshorúl (Israel) when they came from Egypt.

Now go and completely annihilate the whole Amalekite nation - men, women, children, babies, cattle, sheep, camels and donkeys.'

Shaúl thereby mobilized his army at Telaim. There were 200,000 troops in addition to 10,000 men from YAOHÚ-dah.

Then Shaúl went to the city of Amalek and lay in wait in the valley.

Shaúl sent this message to the Kenites: 'Move away from where the Amalekites live or else you will die with them. For you were kind to the people of Yaoshorúl when they came up from Egypt.'

So the Kenites packed up and left.

Then Shaúl slaughtered the Amalekites from Havilah all the way to Shur, east of Egypt.

He captured Agag, the Amalekite king, but completely slew everyone else.

Shaúl and his men spared Agag's life and kept the best of the sheep and cattle, the fat calves and lambs - everything, in fact, that appealed to them.

They ruined only what was worthless or of poor quality.

Then YÁOHU Ulhím said to Samu-Ul, 'I deeply regret that I ever made Shaúl king, for he has not been loyal to Me and has again refused to obey Me.'

Samu-Ul was so deeply moved when he heard this that he cried out to YÁOHU Ulhím all night.

Early the next morning Samu-Ul went to find Shaúl.

Someone told him, 'Shaúl went to Carmul to set up a monument to himself; then he went on to Gilgal.'

When Samu-Ul finally found him, Shaúl greeted him gladly.

'May YÁOHU Ulhím bless you,' he said. 'I have carried out YÁOHU Ulhím's command!'

'Then what is all the bleating of sheep and lowing of cattle that I hear?' Samu-Ul demanded.

'It's really true that the army spared the best of the sheep and cattle,' Shaúl admitted. 'But they are going to sacrifice them to YÁOHU Ulhím your Creator. We have ruined everything else.'

Then Samu-Ul said to Shaúl, 'Stop! Hearken to what YÁOHU Ulhím told me the night past!'

'What was it?' Shaúl asked.

And Samu-Ul told him, 'Although you may think little of yourself, are you not the leader of the tribes of Yaoshorúl? YÁOHU Ulhím has anointed you king of Yaoshorúl.

And YÁOHU Ulhím sent you to fulfill a mission and told you, 'Go and completely slay the sinners, the Amalekites, until they are all dead.'

Why haven't you obeyed YÁOHU Ulhím? Why did you rush for the plunder and do exactly what YÁOHU Ulhím said not to do?'

'But I did obey YÁOHU Ulhím,' Shaúl adamantly exclaimed. 'I carried out the mission He gave me. I brought back king Agag, but I slew everyone else.

Then my troops brought in the best of the sheep and cattle and plunder to sacrifice to YÁOHU Ulhím your Creator in Gilgal.'

But Samu-Ul replied, 'What is more pleasing to YÁOHU Ulhím: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to His voice?

Obedience is far better than sacrifice. Hearkening to Him is much better than offering the fat of rams.

Rebellion is as bad as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as bad as worshiping idols.

So because you have rejected the word of YÁOHU Ulhím, He has likewise rejected you from being king.'

Then Shaúl finally admitted, 'Yes, I have sinned. I have disobeyed your directives and YÁOHU Ulhím's command, for I was afraid of the people and did what they demanded. Oh, please, forgive my sin now and go with me to worship YÁOHU Ulhím.'

But Samu-Ul replied, 'I will not return with you! Since you have rejected YÁOHU Ulhím's command, He has rejected you from being the king of Yaoshorúl.'

As Samu-Ul turned to go, Shaúl grabbed at him to try to hold him back and tore his robe.

And Samu-Ul said to him, 'See? YÁOHU Ulhím has really torn the kingdom of Yaoshorúl from you today and has given it to someone else - one who is better than you.

And He Who is the Glory of Yaoshorúl will not lie, nor will He change His mind, for He is not human that He should change His mind!'

Then Shaúl pleaded again, 'I know I have sinned. But do honor me, at least before the leaders and before my people by going with me to worship YÁOHU Ulhím your Eternal Creator.'

Samu-Ul then finally agreed and went with him, and Shaúl worshiped YÁOHU Ulhím.

Then Samu-Ul said, 'Bring king Agag to me.'

Agag arrived full of smiles, for he thought, 'Surely the worst is over, and I have been spared!'

But Samu-Ul said, 'As your sword has killed the sons of many mothers, now your mother will be childless.'

And Samu-Ul cut Agag to pieces before YÁOHU Ulhím at Gilgal.

Then Samu-Ul went home to Ramah, and Shaúl returned to his house at Gibeah.

Samu-Ul never went to meet with Shaúl again, but he mourned continually for him.

And YÁOHU Ulhím deeply regretted He had ever made Shaúl king of Yaoshorúl.

One of the basic scriptural principles that is very appropriate to apply whenever you are exposed to evil reports, by word of mouth, television, radio or whatever means, is for you to quickly conquer it by claiming and affirming what the Glorious Message declares.

Never permit the bad news to take authority over you, neither allow it to take hold of your mind and emotions.

You must quickly subdue it with the relevant 'tav' (fine) passage that YÁOHU Ulhím's Word proclaims.

You must immediately dismantle all kinds of negative news reports or other bad pieces of information which exalt themselves against the knowledge of YÁOHU Ulhím or which run contrary to what He has clearly declared in His Word.

Put them all to naught. Render them powerless over you and ineffectual, no effect, rebuked, expelled and expunged!

Affirm and hold your ground, firmly anchored on what YÁOHU Ulhím has promised surely in His Holy Word, made effectual and guaranteed by the 'DAM' (blood) of the Savior-Messiah YAOHÚSHUA.

Heaven and earth will pass away but YÁOHU Ulhím's words will remain forever true and effectual!

When bad news come announcing impending hard times up ahead, you must vocally reject it and reaffirm what YÁOHU Ulhím has declared in His Word, by your saying thus -

'My YÁOHU Ulhím supplies all provisions for my needs, He is my faithful and loving Provider, I will never experience lack! YAOHÚSHUA hol-MEHUSHKHÁY is my Ro-éh (Shepherd), I shall not want, my cup always overflows!'

When evil reporters on radio and television begin blurting out the onslaught of diseases, plagues and epidemics, you must immediately and vocally reject it and reaffirm the eternal Words of YÁOHU Ulhím, by your saying thus -

'By the wounds of Ro-éful (Healer) YAOHÚSHUA hol-MEHUSHKHÁY I was healed and I am always healed. No sickness or disease can enter my body. I am YÁOHU Ulhím's property, redeemed and covered with the 'DAM' (blood) of my Savior YAOHÚSHUA hol-MEHUSHKHÁY! All the organs of my body works perfectly well and is always in perfect wellness.'

When war and rumors of war abound, we quickly affirm and claim YÁOHU Ulhím's promises of peace, the kind which Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA gave us, the enduring peace that is inside of us, the kind that is not dependent upon outside occurrences, and so we say thus -

'Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA is our peace, He has given us His peace that is not dependent upon outside events. I have that peace right within me and no one can take it away from me.

The Kingdom of YÁOHU Ulhím is rectitude, peace and delight in the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' and it is inside of me.

Greater is the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' inside of me than all the commotions in this world, and nothing shall by any means harm me. YÁOHU UL Shuamrúl (Protector) always safekeeps and protects me!

OL SHÚAM YAOHÚSHUA hol-MEHUSHKHÁY, amnáo!'

 

Whatever harbinger of evil it is, never let it take authority over you, nor take hold of you, never let it control you.

What YÁOHU Ulhím says in His inscribed Word should be the final authority in your whole life.

Now, there are three common tricks of the enemy in robbing people of their calm delight and gladness.

These are the traps of the ha-satán which you must always avoid and be wary against daily:

To be easily offended - the flesh with your negative emotions, they do tend to cooperate with the enemy in this trick.

The gambit is to make you overly sensitive and easily hurt, immediately offended by even very slight negative remarks, bad behavior or looks or other trivial occurrences.

The objective is to rob you of your inner delight and happiness, to make you FEEL angry, hateful, bitter and mad.

Once you fall for this kind of trap, the gladness disappears, it goes away, taken by the enemy, to make you weak, ineffective and unproductive in serving Molkhiúl YAOHUSHUA, in whatever capacity you serve Him, whether in the family, in the community, in the workplace or in the Oholyáo (Congregation).

The enemy knows that the inner delight and gladness of YÁOHU UL inside of you is your vigorous power, your endurance and tough armory in combatting evil and subduing temptations.

And that's why he tries to entrap people into giving up their inner happiness.

But what does the Word say? What does the final authority in our lives declare?

It says: 'Love is not easily offended.' - 1 Corinthians 13:5

So you never must be easily angered; never be irritable, not touchy and not overly sensitive.

You must be sensitive, yes, but sensitive to the needs of the people around you, and not regarding yourself.

And keep in mind that people are not perfect. And when you relate with people, they unintentionally offend you in some small matters or remarks.

That's why you never must be easily hurt, not easily offended.

And besides, you will only be offended if you permit yourself to be offended, hurt, insulted or maltreated.

But if you don't react negatively to the wrong that others do to you, then you won't be offended in any way.

Nothing shall offend you!

So whenever offenses come your way, the counter tactic is for you to be always ready to quickly forgive others for anything they say, or do that may be offensive to you, or if they don't treat you the way you expect them to treat you, or if they are rude to you and abusive in any way.

When someone treats you in a rude manner, quickly say to yourself, 'I forgive that!'

When someone overtakes you while you're in line, you quickly say, 'I forgive that!'

When someone gets ahead and zooms right into the parking slot you've been waiting for, you quickly say, 'I forgive that!'

When you learn that someone is talking falsely about you behind your back, trying to ruin your reputation, you quickly say, 'I forgive that!'

When you are unjustly treated and accused of something you are innocent of, you quickly say, 'I forgive that!'

Or in whatever way offenses come your way, you easily and quickly say, 'I forgive that!'

The enemy has no way of robbing you of your inner happiness because your habitual attitude and reaction is to quickly forgive and to forget that it even happened.

Love does not keep a record or list of wrongs or offenses committed against you.

We were not called to hate others but to love them.

Don't hate people, forgive them!

And remember that hurting people hurt other people.

They offend because they hurt inside. That's why you need to pray for them and help them ease their inner hurts and heal their deep emotional wounds and be delivered from internal torments.

And think of the offenses which you commit, yet you expect others to comprehend, forgive and pardon you.

We are to treat others the same way we want to be treated, right?

That's why we quickly forgive others and forget the wrongs they have done against us, so we, too, shall be quickly forgiven and released from our wrongdoings!

Be merciful to those who offend you.

Mercy means you do kindness to someone who deserves to be punished.

And if you seek to find out the reason why they behave that way, then your compassion will take the better of you and you will pray for them and find ways to help them overcome the negatives in their lives.

In the process, one of his debtors was brought in who owed him millions of dollars.

He couldn't pay, so the king ordered that he, his wife, his children, and everything he had be sold to pay the debt.

But the man fell down before the king and begged him, 'Oh, sir, be patient with me, and I will pay it all.'

Then the king was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt.

But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars.

He grabbed him by the throat and demanded immediate payment.

His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time.

'Be patient and I will pay it,' he pleaded.

But his creditor wouldn't wait. He had the man apprehended and jailed until the debt could be paid in full.

Magnifying small negatives - making a mountain out of a molehill - and minimizing the major positives.

This is also one of the enemy's most common bait or trap through the day in his attempt to rob you of your inner calm delight.

The adversary, ha-satán, knows that people around us will do, or say or behave in ways that are offensive to us though they don't really intend to hurt us.

The trick is to magnify in your mind whatever little, tiny and minor offense that someone commits against you.

The more you think about it, the bigger it grows in your mind.

And the more your talk about it, the offense seems more serious and damaging than it really is.

And the purpose is to allow anger, hatred, bitterness and rage get the better of us and make us surrender our inner peace and happiness.

YÁOHU Ulhím hates a false and unjust balance.

Every individual we relate with has major positive traits and qualities, and they also have minor negative qualities.

And we should be balanced in the way we evaluate others, which means, though we notice the negatives in a person, yet they are negligible compared to the overall positive qualities of that person.

And we can only delight in the major positive traits of others if we are willing to deal with and overlook the minor negatives in their lives, for no one is perfect, and now we know that.

A just balance would view an individual objectively and think on the positive as well as the negative.

And often the positive outweighs the negative; and even if not, it would be best for us to focus always on the positive.

And the minor negatives we should practice to overlook and cover with our prayers, as well as loving attitude.

We must wisely avoid the trick of the enemy in magnifying the minor negative in a person a million times worse compared to what it really is, and bring down all of his major positives to zero, to nil, thereby condemning and rejecting anyone who offends us.

You must keep in mind that in most cases, people offend unintentionally, they really never intend to hurt or harm us, so we must always be ready to quickly forgive and overlook offenses, thereby holding on to our peace and inner delight.

So when you are on the road, in the office, at home, in the grocery or waiting for your ride, never let small matters, remarks, looks and behavior offend you.

Quick forgiveness should be your immediate response!

However big it may appear to be to you that day, compared to eternity and in YÁOHU Ulhím's grand scheme of things, it is negligible and nothing to be offended about at all.

It is your glory and excellency to overlook an offense, any offense for that matter!

It shows that you are really wise, and it grandly displays the mind of ha-MEHUSHKHÁY working brilliantly in you.

So from now on, in whatever small matters others may offend you, practice and apply the virtue of overlooking them and quickly forgiving those who commit them, for the sake of and for the glory of our merciful and forgiving YÁOHU Ulhím.

Bless them, which means, speak well of them, pray for them and cover them with your unconditional love, same way our loving YÁOHU Abihúl readily pardons and forgives us our mistakes and shortcomings.

And practice this positive principle especially when you relate with your parents, your employers, relatives and co-workers, your neighbors and friends.

Delight in their major positives, and learn to overlook their minor negatives.

And people will also learn to delight in your positive qualities and, in return, they will hardly notice your negatives also.

Anecdote For Today - The Parable Of The Cracked Pot....

A water bearer had two large water pots. Each pot hung on each end of a pole which the water bearer carried upon his shoulders.

One pot was perfect. It always delivered a full portion of water at the end of the long walk from the spring to the owner's house.

The other pot had a hairline crack in it and leaked. Each time the bearer arrived at the owner's house, the cracked pot was only half full.

For many months this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots of water to his owner's house.

The perfect pot was quite proud of its performance.

The cracked pot, on the other hand, was deeply ashamed that it was able to do only half of what it had been designed to do.

One day the cracked pot could no longer bear with its imperfection and asked the water bearer to discard it from use.

'Why?' asked the water bearer.

'I am a leaky old failure,' the cracked pot replied in a sad voice. 'No doubt the owner is angry with you because you bring him only one and a half pots of water each day. Yet this tragedy is my fault, not yours. Throw me aside, please, and use a new pot.'

'Presumptuous little pot!' the water bearer exclaimed angrily. 'By calling yourself a failure, you are calling our owner a failure. After all, it is he who assigned you to this task.'

'But I'm cracked!' the bewildered little pot responded.

'Ah, now you are calling the owner ignorant! Will your impudence never cease? Of course he knows you're cracked. He knows everything about you!'

'Then why...?' said the pot, his potty little voice trailing off in complete bewilderment.

Giving no reply, the water bearer filled both pots with water and began the trek back to the owner's house.

Later, as he walked along, he said, 'Look now at the flowers on each side of the trail.'

'I see them,' the pot replied. 'They are very beautiful.'

Make you tense, upset, troubled and uptight - to make your mind, heart, emotions and moods in troubled condition, afflicted, worried, nervous and uneasy by any means possible.

The purpose is for you to surrender your inner delight and peace to the enemy, through that event or person that attempts to rob you of your inner happiness and serenity.

For each day, YÁOHU UL has a very nice plan for you throughout the day; yet, on the other hand, ha-satán, also lays out some nasty plan for you.

So every day, every moment you must be wary to avoid demonic setups which are designed by ha-satán to rob you of your uprightness, peace and inner delight in the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (which, as we have learned, is what the Kingdom of YÁOHU Ulhím really is all about.)

You plan to wake up early to pray and not be late for work and you find out that the water heater does not work, or the car won't crank up, you can't find your important papers, you get caught up in heavy traffic along the freeway, someone hogs the road in front of you, and so on and so forth.

These are common examples of how the enemy tries to rob you of your peace and inner delight every day.

But these are not problems nor irritants but opportunities for you to grow and develop patience and grace under fire, if you look at them with a positive mental attitude.

Whatever the enemy intends for evil, YÁOHU Ulhím turns them for your own benefit!

So be glad when you encounter the various mines and traps of the enemy daily, avoid them and use them to develop finer character traits in you.

Another common example is when the enemy tries to push you into hurrying up, thereby losing your cool and patience, because when you are in a hurry-up mode, it is easy for ha-satán to push you into making the wrong decisions and blurting out wrong, ruinous and negative remarks.

That's why you notice people of this world are always in a tense hurry-up mode because it is easier for ha-satán to make them angry, uptight, pressured and highly stressed, like pinning each of them down with a tightening screw.

And the enemy comes to steal, kill and ruin.

Knowing this, you will wisely evade the tricks of the enemy.

You will now learn to live each day in a relaxed, easy, peaceful, happy, loving, kind and very, very patient attitude!

Diligent yet gentle, mild and patient. Full of lovingkindness.

Calmly and delightfully bearing all things, continually being positive and holding on to your uprightness, peace and gladness by the power of the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit), you will begin to delight in the benefits of the Kingdom that is really within you.

Then YÁOHU-saf (Joseph) returned to Egypt with his brothers and all who had accompanied him to his father's funeral.

'Now YÁOHU-saf will pay us back for all the evil we did to him,' they said.

What is one vital advice can you give me in order that I can actually and truly receive YÁOHU Ulhím's promises in my life?

'Appropriate the truth for yourself and don't ever let go of it; also get wisdom, discipline and discernment.' - Maush'láy (Proverbs) 23:23

YÁOHU Ulhím has many ways of making His teachings and truths reach you, to enlighten you and show you what He wants you to do.

Whatever truth He gives you, you must be willing to receive it and appropriate it for your own individual use and benefit.

That is the meaning of the scriptural phrase 'buy the truth' - that you appropriate it for yourself, hold on to it, apply it in your life and keep on doing it until it really becomes part of your overall personality and character.

For every nugget of truth or revelation knowledge that YÁOHU UL imparts to you, there is a corresponding reward, benefit, promotion and blessing attached with it if you will act positively on the Word that was given you, and make it a part of your life, the word actually becoming flesh in you.

So after a specific teaching or revelation is given you, there will follow a period wherein you will tried, proven and given tests to check whether you have really acquired the truth for yourself, and if you will really apply in practical terms the teaching that was given you.

When you pass His tests, then comes the promotion, blessings, advancement, rewards and higher levels of happiness and peace in His Kingdom.

But what if you don't pass the test?

You cannot fail YÁOHU Ulhím's tests, you simply have to repeat them, over and over and over again, until you finally pass each and every one of them.

And you cannot go on to higher levels of faith and revelation unless you pass the initial tests.

When the Yaoshorulítes (Israelites) came out from bondage in Egypt, their trip to the Promised Land should have taken them only eleven days, yet it took them forty years of wondering in the wilderness, yet only two of them were able to enter the Promised Land.

Why? Because they wouldn't pass YÁOHU Ulhím's tests.

They preferred to go around the mountains of trials and tests again and again and again and again.

They could not fail the tests. They simply had to repeat the exams again, and again and again and again.

YÁOHU Ulhím does not want you to remain for a long time in the wilderness, wondering and going round and round the same mountain repeatedly, by not passing His tests.

So you have to appropriate His Word, teaching and revelation, for yourself, apply it in your daily life, and when tried, proven and given tests, you, by His enablement, must pass them successfully.

Then rewards, blessings, promotions and advancement in life follow, and higher levels of prosperity, peace and happiness are achieved in your life.

If you don't pass a specific test, you don't fail it, simply expect to face the same test again, in another time and with different or the same people involved.

The test may involve dealing with your authorities, managing your finances, loyalty, loneliness, faith, overcoming symptoms of poverty, sickness or diseases, forgiving others, not getting easily offended, and so on.

Pass each test, else you risk repeating the same test again and again and again. Like going the same mountain around and around and around, remaining in the same condition, or worse compared to before.

So it takes responsibility whenever you learn something from YÁOHU Ulhím, because to whom much is given, much would be required.

You have to rely and depend upon the enablement given by the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit) to help you pass YÁOHU Ulhím's tests.

What His justice requires, His mercy provides.

So it is not sufficient that you merely read, hearken to learn and memorize the Scriptures.

You must apply them in your daily life and when tried, proven and given tests, you must pass those tests.

A pupil who goes to class every day, reads the textbook every day, and even does his assignments every day will not be promoted to the next higher grade unless he passes the examinations.

Likewise, even if one reads the Word every day and even if he knows it by heart, yet he refuses to face up to YÁOHU Ulhím's trials and tests, and pass them successfully, he won't be promoted to the next higher spiritual and material level in life.

What's the use of knowing the Word when one doesn't do it?

The most important thing is to apply the Word in your daily life and to pass His trials and tests successfully, by doing what He expects you to do based upon the teaching or revelation which you have received from Him.

When you do what the Word says during trials and tests, then you really begin to acquire that particular Word for yourself and when you do it regularly, it becomes part of your personality and character.

The Word actually becoming flesh in your life.

Remember, character is formed during difficult times in your life. That's when character is really molded, not during comfy, cushy times in your life.

So never back out from your trials and tests.

Take those tests and pass them successfully.

Then higher levels of spiritual and material blessings will be given you from on high.

If you refuse to take your tests, when you back out, then expect to face the same predicament again in the near future, because you will just be making another round around that mountain, until you finally face up to that test and pass it successfully.

Now you know one of the major reasons why some so-called believers never make any progress in their lives any one bit, even if they have been reading the Scriptures for years already.

It's simply because they don't pass their tests!

They have been used to going round the mountain again and again and again and again, round, round the merry-go-round they go.

They neglected to move up to the next higher level of spiritual growth and maturation.

So stop digging empty wells. Give character development and passing YÁOHU Ulhím's tests top priority in your life, and all the other things will be added unto you.

Begin to really acquire and appropriate YÁOHU Ulhím's Words in your practical daily life, where the rubber meets the road, that's when you do what the Word says you must do!

The test given may be in the aspect of holding your peace, keeping your inner delight, quickly forgiving others, not being easily offended, not easily angered, controlling your tongue, maintaining a positive mental attitude, subduing fears and other negative emotions, proper submission to you authorities and so on and so forth.

And because now you know this, you will welcome every trial and test with delight because you know it is your opportunity to progress, advance and be promoted in life!

So begin applying the teachings that are given you in your daily life.

Don't just satisfy the spiritual lust for more scriptural knowledge when it is not coupled with practical application.

Knowing the Word doesn't save anyone.

It is the doing (active faith in) the Word that imparts YÁOHU Ulhím's blessings and deliverance to the believer in Molkhiúl YAOHUSHUA hol-MEHUSHKHÁY, the Messiah.

Faith without works is dead.

Later on, YÁOHU UL tried, proved Abruhám's faith and obedience.

'Take with you your only son - yes, YÁOHUtz-kaq (Isaac) whom you love so much - and go to the land of Maór-YÁOHU (Moriah) and sacrifice him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I'll point out to you!'

The next morning Abruhám rose up early, chopped wood for a fire upon the altar, loaded his donkey, and took with him his son YÁOHUtz-kaq and two young men who were his servants, and began off to the place where YÁOHU UL had told him to go.

On the third day of the journey Abruhám saw the place afar off.

'Remain here with the donkey,' Abruhám told the young men, 'and the lad and I will travel yonder and worship, and then come right back.'

Abruhám placed the wood for the burnt offering upon YÁOHUtz-kaq's shoulders, while he himself carried the knife and the flint for lighting a fire. So the two of them went on together.

At that moment the Angel of YÁOHU UL loudly said to him from heaven, 'Abruhám! Abruhám!'

'Yes, Molkhiúl!' he answered.

'Lay down the knife; don't hurt the lad in any way,' the Angel said, 'for I know that YÁOHU UL really is first priority in your life - you have not withheld even your beloved son from Me!'

'YÁOHU Ulhím has made everything beautiful in its own time.

He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of YÁOHU Ulhím's work from beginning to end.' - Qeholóth (Ecclesiastes) 3:11

YÁOHU Ulhím will never be too early, neither will He be late.

He does everything in its proper time.

And likewise should you, being His child.

You must walk in step with whatever YÁOHU Ulhím is performing in your life, in proper cadence with the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit of YÁOHU Ulhím).

And you will know what area of your life YÁOHU Ulhím is working at to teach, train, sanctify and purify you.

So you must cooperate willingly, fully and gladly in His process of transforming you from glory to glory.

And in whatever area of your life YÁOHU Ulhím is working at, likewise He gives you the desire and enablement to overcome, conquer and achieve the ideal results.

Be it in the area of healing, prosperity, success, marital and family relations, work performance and harmony on the job, and in overlooking offenses and hurts committed against you, whatever it is He is working at, the required desire and enablement to overcome is given to you at the right and proper time that you need them.

Not too early, neither late.

And that is the time YÁOHU Ulhím expects you to act on that desire and enablement (favor or grace) that He gives you, at that opportune time, not later.

For example, when the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' begins to convict the heart of an unbeliever and gives him the desire and enablement to repent and have spiritual regeneration by receiving Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA into his heart, YÁOHU Ulhím expects him to act upon that favor given at that precise time.

If he delays and decides to do it tomorrow or some other day, he may find out that the desire and enablement from YÁOHU Ulhím is no longer there for him to act on. He misses YÁOHU Ulhím's favor and enablement.

If, for example, YÁOHU Ulhím is giving you a test, to prove and examine whether you will apply the teaching on not being easily offended, at that same time, He likewise makes available to you the desire and enablement (undeserved favor) to pass that test, therewith training you on overlooking offenses and quickly forgiving others - to your own spiritual advancement.

And He expects you to use that enablement which He provides precisely for that definite purpose at that exact time.

Another example would be when YÁOHU Ulhím would like to train you on how to properly submit to your authorities, and He wants you to work and train under authorities, He likewise makes available to you during that period the desire and enablement to obey, to serve and to be loyal to them.

But if you back out and run away, you lose YÁOHU Ulhím's favor by your failure to avail of them at the right time.

We follow His leading and His voice.

And without Him, we can do nothing.

Do not be like others who develop their own plans, in their own timeframes, for their own selfish purposes and then ask YÁOHU Ulhím to bless them.

No, it doesn't work that way.

When you belong to YÁOHU Ulhím's Kingdom, you must learn how to behave and operate in His Kingdom principles, which is often opposite of what the world is used to.

In YÁOHU Ulhím's Kingdom, there is a right time for everything.

YÁOHU Ulhím is never too early, and He will never be late.

And so everything is beautiful in its proper time.

Therefore, since you are responsible to YÁOHU Ulhím ONLY for the things that you think, do and say, whatever others do is actually none of your business.

If the impression that you get is really true, YÁOHU Ulhím expects you to sow love, prayers, compassion, mercy and forgiveness in their lives.

YÁOHU Ulhím expects you to first do unto them whatever you like them to do unto you in return.

But there are cases where the impression that one gets is not actually real.

People who dislike themselves project an aura about them that makes others feel repelled or rejected.

Do you hate yourself?

YÁOHU Ulhím deeply loves you, and so must you.

And there are cases, too, when a person is only doing it to himself, when he imagines that others are showing acts of hostility toward him when in fact they aren't.

And this phenomenon is usually a result of experiencing painful rejection in the past from others.

And so when same or almost the same predicament arises, the victim rehearses the past offense in himself, and presumes that others are again hurting him.

But in reality he is only doing it to himself.

He was deeply hurt by being rejected in the past, so he keeps on imagining the same hurt whenever similar predicaments occur.

Why?

Because he hasn't forgiven past offenders and he has allowed bitterness to take deep root in his heart.

Bitter root yield bitter fruit, so it must be uprooted.

Are you really sure that they dislike you or are you just merely doing it to yourself, out of a bad habit?

Examine yourself carefully, search your heart and mind your manners.

There are cases however when others may really be disliking you because you have sown hatred toward others in the past.

You may just be reaping what you have sown in the past.

So examine yourself, search your heart and see if there are any unconfessed offenses toward others in the past, which may be causing the present bitter harvests.

What one sows he eventually reaps, full measure, shaken together and running over.

Or it may also be that YÁOHU Ulhím is using others to teach and train you into loving the unlovable, in overcoming evil with kindness, and in being merciful, forgiving and not easily offended.

Take the opportunity to pass these tests in character formation and development gladly.

Seek YÁOHU Ulhím's help and enablement for you to learn to love especially those who dislike you, that you do them kindness, that you pray for them and bless them.

To bless them means that you speak well of them; to curse means you speak ill of them.

You are to always bless and do not curse.

And never, never hate.

Whatever wrong others do to you, don't hate them.

Forgive them! And do it quickly.

Whatever wrong they do to you does not give you the right to respond with evil, malice or ill-will toward them.

You have no right to do evil, regardless, because you are a child of YÁOHU UL.

You are the uprightness of YÁOHU Ulhím in Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA!

And besides, you cannot conquer evil with evil.

When you play the game of conquering evil with evil, the predicament turns into a case of whoever can commit the worst evil wins.

The devil wins, that way.

But YÁOHU Ulhím wants to train you in overcoming evil with kindness.

Love your enemies, and your rewards will be very great!

Overcome their frowns with your loving smiles and acts of kindness.

Very great blessings will be given you when you love them, despite of what they do to you.

So let YÁOHU Ulhím train you, be willing to submit to His dealings with you, and trust Him to help you pass your trials and tests successfully, victoriously, happily and excellently!

From now on therefore, you will begin to think positive thoughts about those whom you think dislike you, and you will begin to plant seeds of kindness in their lives, and you will speak well of them to others and let YÁOHU Ulhím love them through you.

After all, Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA died for them, too.

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot hinder your blessings and he cannot rob you of your inner peace and delight!

A wealthy lawyer was riding in the back of his luxurious limousine one day when he noticed two men at the side of the road eating grass.

'Well, come with me then,' exclaimed the lawyer.

'But sir, I have a wife and two children!' the man said.

'Bring them along,' replied the lawyer.

'I have a wife and six children!' the second man answered, with his head hung low.

'Bring them all!' the lawyer ordered.

'You shall not wrongly desire your neighbor's wife, and you shall not wrongly desire your neighbor's house, his field or his male servant or his female servant, his ox or his animal donkey or ANYTHING that belongs to your neighbor.' - Deuteronomy 5:21, Holy Scriptures

There shall never be in all that you possess or have anything that does not rightfully belongs to you.

The excessive change that the cashier wrongfully gave you does not rightfully belong to you, insofar as the excess is concerned.

And besides, the cashier will have to account for and cover up for whatever shortages she may have at the end of the day, even out of her own pocket, or else she loses her job.

Now that doesn't seem to be the way YÁOHU Ulhím blesses His children, because He does not enrich His children at the expense of or to the detriment of others who are innocent of their mistakes.

In cases like this, the noble thing to do would be to humbly and quietly return the excess to the cashier and tell her of the mistake.

And if you discover it at a much later time, when you're already out of the grocery, you have to go back inside to give the excess back to the cashier or to the manager, if she's no longer on duty.

And without trying to attract public admiration.

Whatever noble deed you do in secret, YÁOHU Ulhím will richly reward you openly.

There are two beneficial effects of this positive action:

1.

You will avoid the same predicament happening to you in the future; should you make a mistake in calculation, others will not take undue advantage of you (multiplied many times over). You will not be victimized over your own mistakes.

2.

YÁOHU Ulhím will bless you and entrust you with much of His riches and resources because you have been proven to be faithful in little things, and so you will be given the privilege of handling His huge resources and unlimited riches!

The proverbial remark 'Finders keepers, losers weepers' has rhyme all right, but it is sourly unscriptural.

Finders should make every possible effort to return the items to their rightful owners, or to the nearest police or community authorities, who will then be responsible to return them, by making public announcements or by other means.

But what rightfully belongs to others is never yours.

It may seem some small amount to you but it may be the lifeline to the lives of others who are in dire need or in critical conditions in life.

So learn to do the noble thing and give back to others what they rightfully own, though it may fall on your lap by chance, by mistake or unintentionally.

In other words, you never must wrongfully desire what is not rightfully yours, simply because of jealousy, envy or greed.

Jealousy is you wrongfully desire what others have because you want them for yourself to possess and to delight in.

Envy is you loathe others for having anything which you don't like them to have and delight in, though you don't necessarily like it for yourself to possess.

And greed is selfishness in its absolute form.

So always keep this basic principle in mind:

'No one shall unjustly be enriched at the expense of others.'

And this serves well now to awaken gamblers, too.

YÁOHU Ulhím says to you: 'Do no be greedy for what others have!

You don't have because you ask not.

Ask and it shall rightfully be given unto you.'

So from now on, you will always return to their rightful owners whatever it is that comes to you by chance, by mistake or unintentionally.

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot lure you into his wicked traps of gambling, envy, jealousy and greed.

Anecdote For Today - Greed Takes Health Away....

The king of Aram had high admiration for Noaman, the commander of his army, because through him YÁOHU Ulhím had given Aram great victories.

But though Noaman was a mighty warrior, he suffered from leprosy.

Now groups of Aramean raiders had invaded the land of Yaoshorúl, and among their captives was a young girl who had been given to Noaman's wife as a maid.

One day the girl said to her lady, 'I wish my boss would go to see the prophet in Shuamor-YÁOHU. He would heal him of his leprosy.'

So Noaman told the king what the young girl from Yaoshorúl had said.

'Go and visit the prophet,' the king told him. 'I will send a letter of introduction for you to carry to the king of Yaoshorúl.'

So Noaman trekked out, taking as gifts 750 pounds of silver, 150 pounds of gold and ten sets of clothing.

The letter to the king of Yaoshorúl said: 'With this letter I present my servant Noaman. I want you to heal him of his leprosy.'

When the king of Yaoshorúl read it, he tore his clothes in dismay and said, 'This man sends me a leper to heal! Am I YÁOHU Ulhím, that I can kill and give life? He is only trying to find an excuse to invade us again.'

But when Ulshua, the man of YÁOHU Ulhím, heard about the king's reaction, he sent this message to him: 'Why are you so upset? Send Noaman to me, and he will learn that there is a true prophet here in Yaoshorúl.'

So Noaman went with his horses and chariots and waited at the door of Ulshua's house. But Ulshua sent a messenger out to him with this message:

'Go and wash yourself seven times in the Yardayán River. Then your skin will be renewed, and you will be healed of leprosy.'

But Noaman became angry and stalked away.

'I thought he would surely come out to meet me!' he said. 'I expected him to wave his hand over the leprosy and call on the Shúam (Name) of YÁOHU Ulhím his Creator and heal me!

Aren't the Abana River and Pharpar River of Damascus better than all the rivers of Yaoshorúl put together? Why should I not wash in them and be healed?'

So Noaman turned and went away in a rage. But his officers tried to reason with him and said, 'Sir, if the prophet had told you to do some complicated thing, wouldn't you have done it? So you should surely obey him when he says simply to go and wash and be cured!'

So Noaman went down to the Yardayán River and dipped himself seven times, as the man of YÁOHU Ulhím had directed him.

And his flesh became as healthy as a young child's, and he was healed!

Then Noaman and his whole party went back to find the man of YÁOHU Ulhím.

They stood before him, and Noaman said, 'I know at last that there is no Eternal Creator YÁOHU Ulhím in all the world except in Yaoshorúl. Now please accept my gifts.'

But Ulshua replied, 'As surely as YÁOHU Ulhím lives, Whom I serve, I will not accept any gifts.'

And though Noaman urged him to take the gifts, Ulshua refused.

Then Noaman said, 'All right, but please allow me to load two of my mules with earth from this place, and I will take it back home with me. From now on I will never again offer any burnt offerings or sacrifices to any idol except YÁOHU Ulhím.

However, may YÁOHU Ulhím pardon me in this particular thing.

When my authority, the king, goes into the temple of the idol Rimmon to worship there and leans on my arm, may YÁOHU Ulhím pardon me when I bow, too.'

'Go in peace,' Ulshua said.

So Noaman trekked back home again.

But Gehazi, Ulshua's servant, said to himself, 'My boss should not have let this Aramean get away without accepting his gifts. As surely as YÁOHU Ulhím lives, I will chase after him and get something from him.'

So Gehazi set off after him. When Noaman saw him running after him, he stepped down from his chariot and went to meet him.

'Is everything all right?' Noaman asked.

'Yes,' Gehazi said, 'but my boss has sent me to tell you that two young prophets from the hill country of Ephraim have just arrived. He would like 75 pounds of silver and two sets of clothing to give to them.'

'By all means, take 150 pounds of silver,' Noaman asserted.

He gave him two sets of clothing, tied up the money in two bags, and sent two of his servants to carry the gifts for Gehazi.

But when they arrived at the hill, Gehazi took the gifts from the servants and sent the men back. Then he hid the gifts inside the house.

When he went in to his boss, Ulshua asked him, 'Where have you been, Gehazi?'

'I haven't been anywhere,' he replied.

But Ulshua asked him, 'Don't you realize that I was over there in spirit when Noaman stepped down from his chariot to meet you?

Is this the time to receive money, clothing, olive groves and vineyards, sheep, oxen and servants?

Because you have done this, you and your children and your children's children will suffer from Noaman's leprosy forever.'

When Gehazi left the room, he was leprous; his skin was as white as snow.

Each day, YÁOHU Ulhím gives you all that you need to be happy, contented, satisfied and grateful in Him.

YÁOHU Ulhím wants us to delight in Him each day and appreciate all His kind provisions and daily care.

Ordinary living consist of waking up, communing with YÁOHU UL in prayer and daily devotion, getting about our daily chores, job or business, and some recreation at the end of the day, then going back to sleep again, to be ready to face tomorrow.

You must learn to adopt and delight in the normal, ordinary way of living under the guidance and direction of the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit of YÁOHU Ulhím), realizing that YÁOHU Ulhím is in full charge of your life and He uses your activities and those around you to mold you until you are conformed to the image of Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, our Savior.

The one thing that poisons a person's personality is the bad attitude of complaining.

Complaining is the opposite of being grateful and appreciative.

Complaining is magnifying the negative rather than the positive.

Complaining opens the way for the adversary to rob people of their delight, peace and vigor, and rewards from YÁOHU Ulhím as well.

Complaining often comes in very subtle forms that people hardly notice it. But it defiles and corrodes just the same.

'Do I really have to walk that far to get there?'

'I didn't realize it takes long time waiting in line down here.'

'When will all these cars in front of me begin to move forward, if at all! I'm going to miss my appointment.'

'I'm not really happy doing this every day.'

'I'm almost up to here with my spouse, children or boss.'

These are common examples of complaining or murmuring.

Complaining is an attitude, and a very bad attitude.

No matter in what home or working environment or with whatever kinds of people you put a complaining person in, he or she will always find someone or something to complain about.

It doesn't matter where or with whom she is, she will always find something faulty or negative to crab about.

And she always can find reasons to complain about because there are no perfect individuals, no perfect husbands or wives, no perfect children, no perfect job, no perfect congregation, and no perfect everything else.

The main problem of a complainer is his or her being a faultfinder.

And complainers are usually backbiters.

And the root cause is pride.

'I'm better than you all; I'm important; I deserve much more than this; I deserve to be treated better; I'm not supposed to suffer or wait because I'm important,' are the secret remarks which the complainer tells himself most of the time.

The complainer is always focused upon himself or herself, in fact, too full of himself or herself!

But what does YÁOHU Ulhím say in His Word?

'After you have done all, say to yourself: 'I am an unworthy servant for I have done only what I'm supposed to do.''

The secret in overcoming a complaining attitude is to always maintain a humble, meek, grateful, positive and appreciative heart.

Be grateful that you have feet to walk that far.

Be grateful that at least you have a car to ride on.

Be grateful that at least you have someone to talk to intimately every day, while others are in deep loneliness with no one to really talk with every day.

Be grateful that you have food to eat every day, while many are dying of hunger daily.

Be grateful that YÁOHU Ulhím is molding noble character traits in you especially in the midst of difficult predicaments.

Be grateful that you are developing patience right in the middle of slow-moving traffic or while waiting in grocery checkout lines.

Be grateful that you have YÁOHU Ulhím as your ABí (Father) and Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA to serve and live for.

And there are many other little things which you can be very grateful and appreciative for every moment of the day if only you will develop a grateful and appreciative attitude and do away with that old complaining attitude, if any.

Focus on the positives and be grateful to YÁOHU Ulhím for each of them.

And declare it so.

'YÁOHU ABí, hodayáo (thanks)!' should often be heard from your mouth.

And YÁOHU Ulhím all the more blesses His children who are grateful and appreciative, and declare it so.

And when you learn to fix your mind on the positives, and become grateful to YÁOHU Ulhím for them and declare it so, then you will experience delight, peace and contentment each day as you serve Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA heartily and diligently.

'YÁOHU ABí, hodayáo' for this new day that you have given me! Please help me live this day serving You excellently, happily, with peace, contentment, meekness, humility and gratefulness of heart and mind.'

So you have to decide by an act of your will which attitude you will put on every day, whether to look at the negatives and crab about them or to focus on the positives and be grateful to YÁOHU Ulhím for them, and declare it so.

In every place, in every person and in every task, you have to learn to put up with the negative aspects patiently, in order for you to benefit from the positive aspects abundantly.

All the riches in this world cannot make a person happy if he does not know the secret of being contented.

Learn to be positive, grateful and appreciative always.

And declare it so. Tell YÁOHU Ulhím so.

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot rob you of your happiness, peace and rich rewards from YÁOHU Ulhím!

And this is one of the early symptoms of one's addiction, the craving for quick carnal gratification, excitement, pleasure and for wild amusements and fun.

YÁOHU Ulhím wants to fill us with His love, happiness, delight and spiritual gratification, which really satisfies.

And we are only supposed to get, receive and drink all this from Him alone, because only YÁOHU Ulhím can give inner delight, satisfaction and contentment.

Unless we are filled with Him and His love, happiness, peace and delight, there remains that emptiness inside each person, a vacuum, a hole, which only YÁOHU Ulhím can fit in and fill.

Many who don't know this will try to fill the emptiness, the void within, by means of temporal and worldly methods.

People will try to find enjoyment, thrills, fun and amusement from the outside world, thinking that it could fill in the emptiness and loneliness they feel deep inside.

In their pursuit for immediate carnal gratification therefore, they begin to engage in addictive activities which eventually hold them in bondage throughout most of their lives.

That's why you find so many people with addictive behaviors precisely because they try to get happiness from other worldly sources but not from the only rightful Source, YÁOHU Ulhím.

And what are the common examples of addiction?

- Food addiction, gluttony or overeating;

- Sex addiction or sex mania;

- Alcohol addiction or alcoholism;

- Drug addiction or drug dependency;

- Shopping addiction or shopaholic;

- Amusements addiction such as TV, movies
     and other amusements;

- Addiction to wild activities and
     other death-defying thrills;

- Addiction to other stimulating drinks;

- Excitement addiction;

- Money addiction;

and other similar addictions or bondages.

An addiction is a compulsive craving for something or some activity which is harmful, habit forming and characterized by negative symptoms upon withdrawal.

A person who feels unloved and empty inside tends to look to drugs, drinks or other gratifying activities to give him what is called a 'feel fine' factor.

Because he feels lonely and empty inside, he regularly craves for anything that will give him that immediate 'feel fine' factor.

In our example, the person is an excitement addict. He needs and craves for excitement now and then, else he becomes irritable, grouchy and crabby.

As we have discussed earlier, life should always be lived on a normal, ordinary and level basis, and each must find happiness, delight, contentment and satisfaction in YÁOHU Ulhím alone and not from other people and not from engaging in carnally gratifying illicit activities.

The inner calm delight and peace which YÁOHU Ulhím gives us is that continual flow of living water right from the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' (Sanctified Spirit) in us, which fills us with serenity, happiness, comfort, contentment and gentle peace.

That is what each person really needs.

And this is what we should always cultivate in us for it is only from YÁOHU Ulhím that we can receive true, enduring inner happiness and comfort, love, satisfaction and tranquility.

And because we are filled with His love, we no longer need to look for cheap substitutes offered by ha-satán and the world.

In Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, we are free from all kinds of addictions.

He has set us free, and if ha-BÓR (the Son) sets you free, you shall be free indeed!

So from now on, we no longer look for excitement now and then, we no longer rely on quick carnal gratifications to make us feel happy, loved and contented.

Now we know what and from Whom to get and receive the really important matters that we really need deep inside of each one of us, and Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA our Savior makes them all freely available to us because we believe in His Shúam (Name).

You have not because you ask not.

Ask and it shall be given unto you.

We know Who the real Savior-Messiah is and we continually receive love, happiness, peace, contentment, satisfaction and comfort from Him.

We don't need any outside 'feel fine' factor to gratify us.

Because we are complete in Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, and He is our Shepherd and Provider, so we do not lack any noble thing.

We are complete in Him.

We are free in Him.

You are now set free from all kinds of addictive behaviors!

So whenever we hunger for love, comfort, happiness and peace, simply ask from, and rely upon our loving YÁOHU ABí to give them to us, so we can fully delight in our fellowship with Him.

For the Kingdom of YÁOHU Ulhím is uprightness, peace and delight in the 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA (Sanctified Spirit).

And it is not a matter of food and drinks.

Now you know how to help those with addictive behaviors.

Bring them to YÁOHU Ulhím by your prayers, and lovingkindness.

Show them the way, and YAOHÚSHUA is the way.

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot lure you into his cheap excitement lures and other addictive traps!

Then someone called from the crowd, 'Maoro-éh (Teacher), please tell my brother to divide our father's estate with me.'

Then He said, 'Beware! Don't be greedy for what you don't have. Real life is not measured by how much we own.'

And He gave an object lesson: 'A rich man had a fertile farm that yielded fine crops. In fact, his barns were full to overflowing.

So he said, 'I know! I'll tear down my barns and build bigger ones. Then I'll have room enough to hoard everything. And I'll sit back and say to myself, 'My friend, you have enough hoarded away for years to come. Now take it easy! Eat, drink, and be merry!'

This is how it will be with anyone who hoards up riches for himself but is not rich toward YÁOHU Ulhím.

The actual granting of forgiveness is a determined act of your will, of your own volition and it is not based upon how you feel toward your offender.

When you truly forgive, you release the person who has offended you from all kinds of guilt and condemnation. You do it freely, without any condition, and regardless of how you actually feel.

As we have learned before, you are not to be ruled by negative emotions. Your emotions and feelings are not the real you.

You are your spirit, you have a soul (mind, will and emotions) and you live in a physical body.

In obedience to the command of our Molkhiúl YAOHÚSHUA, we always fully forgive those who offend us and we do it quickly, without any precondition.

Freely we have been forgiven, likewise we freely forgive.

Offenses are like debts, when reckoned by ordinary people, which must be collected upon demand and fully paid.

And we pray, 'Forgive us our debts, same way we have forgiven our debtors.'

When we forgive, we fully release our offenders from all kinds of debts. And this we do by an act of our free will.

And our feelings have nothing to do about it at all.

We freely forgive because the Word tells us so, regardless of our emotions to the contrary.

And it is easier to forgive when we stop thinking about the offense and when we stop talking about it.

And stop rehearsing the offense over and over again at the backside of our minds.

YÁOHU UL desires His children to be full of loving compassion, mercy and forgiveness.

And mercy is trying to perceive and comprehend the reason why people behave in sometimes offensive ways.

People who are suffering deep emotional hurts are usually those who often hurt others too. They hurt others because they themselves are hurting deep inside.

And when you realize this, you will have compassion toward those who offend you and as you begin to pray for them and sow seeds of lovingkindness in their lives, and let YÁOHU UL love them unconditionally through you, then you would be behaving as a genuine child of YÁOHU Abihúl and you would really be loving others same way as you love yourself.

When you meet your offenders, your emotions may rise up and incite vengeful passions inside you but you don't have to couple your negative emotions with actions.

You are to subjugate your negative emotions and treat your offenders kindly because you have truly forgiven them from your heart.

In other words, you have to treat your offender with the same pleasant, delightful and wholesome attitude you showed him before he committed the offense, and you must ignore your feelings to the contrary.

Your flesh may be craving for revenge, vengeance and retaliation but you must ignore these.

When a person is hurt, the normal reaction is to hurt the other offending party as well.

'I will cause you the same pain that you caused me, to teach you a lesson that you should never hurt me again!' - is the outcry of the flesh.

But what does the indwelling 'RÚKHA hol-HODSHÚA' prompts you to do?

To freely forgive, to overlook offenses and to cover others' mistakes and faults with genuine spiritual love.

And love does not keep a list of offenses committed against you.

Love is not a feeling, it is a commitment.

And what is a commitment?

Commitment means you will keep on loving others no matter what, and you will keep on loving and forgiving them over and over and over and over and over again, despite their many offenses against you, and when you're up to here in doing so, you will furthermore continue to love and forgive them.

That is commitment.

And even if a person repeats THE SAME OFFENSE against you seventy times seven a day, YÁOHU Abihúl expects you to freely forgive him as well.

So always be prepared to quickly forgive, because offenses usually come your way.

And you don't love others only because they treat you right.

You also love the unlovable, those who offend you and hurt you.

Your immediate reaction when an offense comes your way is to exclaim: 'I forgive you!'

You freely forgive and you are full of compassion toward others.

And your rewards from YÁOHU Abihúl will be very great!

So always remember to quickly forgive, regardless of how you feel about your offender. And do it as an act of your will.

'I will forgive, I will love and I will be merciful always!'

And because you do this, ha-satán cannot detain you in deep torment in his gloomy dungeon of unforgiveness.

Anecdote For Today - Seventy Times Seven....

Then Káfos came to Him and asked, 'Molkhiúl, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?'

'No!' YAOHÚSHUA replied, 'seventy times seven!'

For this reason, the Kingdom of Heaven can be compared to a king who determined to bring his accounts up to date with servants who had borrowed money from him.

In the process, one of his debtors was brought in who owed him millions of shekalím. He couldn't pay, so the king ordered that he, his wife, his children, and everything he had be sold to pay the debt.

But the man fell down before the king and begged him, 'Oh, sir, be patient with me, and I will pay it all.'

Then the king was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt.

But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand shekalím.

He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment. His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time.

'Be patient and I will pay it,' he pleaded.

But his creditor wouldn't wait. He had the man apprehended and jailed until the debt could be paid in full.

When some of the other servants saw this, they were very upset.

They went to the king and told him what had happened.

Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, 'You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. Should you not have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?'

Then the angry king sent the man to prison until he had paid every penny.

That's what My heavenly YÁOHU ABí will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brethren in your heart.
